আমার কষ্টে মাথায় হাত রেখেছ সরিয়ে দিলেও কাছে টেনেছ  চোখে জল দেখে ফিরে এসেছ   ব্যথাতুর বুকে মাথা রেখেছ  তবু দূরে থেকে কষ্ট দিয়েছ সেই তুমি।  বোঝ না কেন কান্নার নয়,  দাম যদি দাও ভালোবাসার  দূর্বল ভেবে হাসবে না কেউ  খুলেই দেখ না মনের দুয়ার, এই তুমি।  ভালোবেসে শুধু কষ্ট কেন গো  না হয়, নাই হবে তুমি আমার।  তবু আদরেই রাখব তোমায়  এ মন হবে না পর তোমার, জান তুমি।  নিজের কষ্ট লুকতে লুকতে  ক্লান্তি কেন গো চোখে মুখে?  আজো আছে পাতা স্নেহের শয়ন  আজো এলো চুলে হাত ছোঁবে। ঘুমের রাজ্যে পাড়ি জমাবে চেনা তুমি।
